IBAN Account holder (if different) I authorise easypay (SEPA creditor identifier PT16103627), on behalf of pcm (Higher Functions, Lda), to send instructions to my bank to debit this account monthly for the askWhizz subscription, and my bank to debit my account accordingly (SEPA CORE direct debit mandate, recurrent payment). I am entitled to a refund from my bank under the terms agreed with it, claimed within 8 weeks of the date of each debit.
