Frequently asked questions
I'm a Cloud Office customer. What changes?
The service and the team stay the same: e-mail, Office, backups, security and your Dedicated Technician. You are now invoiced directly by pcm, with no penalty for switching.
How does the minimum term work?
The plan has a 12-month minimum term. With 24 months you get a 20% discount.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by card or SEPA direct debit. Payment details are handled by easypay, never by our servers.
How do I reach my technician?
Through the askWhizz app (Windows, Mac, iPhone/iPad and Android), by phone or by e-mail. Install the app.
